The Galleri is a blood test that detects a shared signal for 50+ types of cancer, allowing for early detection. It should be used in addition to recommended screenings, not as a replacement. The test does not detect all cancers and false positive and negative results can occur.

Tuberculosis Blood Test

The TB test detects immune response to tuberculosis bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) in your body. It’s intended for those who have been exposed to TB, have a high risk for contracting TB, or require evidence of a negative TB test result.

Thyroid TSH Function Test

Measures the level of TSH in your blood to help determine if your thyroid gland is functioning properly. Included with your purchase, if your test results are abnormal, an independent physician may be able to provide you with treatment options.

Iron, TIBC & Ferritin Panel

Check your iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and ferritin, which help support a number of vital functions in your body. Iron is an important nutrient needed to form hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs throughout your body for energy. TIBC is a measurement of how well your blood attaches itself to iron to move it around your body. Ferritin is a protein in the blood that contains iron and helps you understand how much iron your body is storing. If your iron results are higher or lower than normal, you and your healthcare provider can work together to determine the next steps.

Vitamin D Test

Measures the level of Vitamin D in your blood. When exposed to sunlight, your skin can produce its own Vitamin D in addition there are many foods fortified with Vitamin D. Your body stores an inactive form of Vitamin D in fat cells until it is needed for use. The liver and the kidneys convert inactive Vitamin D to 25 hydroxyvitamin D, the active form the body needs. Our blood test measures the amount of 25 hydroxyvitamin D, an indicator for the level of Vitamin D in your body. Abnormal levels of Vitamin D can indicate bone disease, nutrition disorders, or other metabolic complications.

Gout (Uric Acid) Test

Gout is characterized by sudden, severe attacks of pain, swelling, redness, and tenderness in the joints, often the joint at the base of the big toe and often at night. Gout can develop in individuals who have high levels of uric acid in the blood. Our Uric Acid Test identifies whether you have abnormal uric acid levels in your blood. Uric acid is a normal waste product in your blood. The body makes uric acid when it breaks down purines, substances found in the cells of the body and in the food we eat. Most uric acid dissolves in blood, travels to the kidneys, and is removed from the body in urine. However, if too much uric acid builds up in the blood it can form into crystals in the joints, causing gout, a common and complex form of arthritis. These crystals can also settle into the kidneys and form kidney stones, or in extreme cases, cause kidney failure.
